ORDERS

Lead Time

Since all of our jewelry is crafted to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you order multiple items, we will ship them together, unless otherwise requested via email. However, we do keep certain items in stock.  Please contact concierge@sunabros.com to see if it is possible to get a quicker delivery.

 

Rush Options

If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email the style name and the date when you would like to receive it to concierge@sunabros.com. If you have already placed an order, please include the order number in the email. We will let you know whether or not a rush option is available. 

 

SHIPPING

We only ship domestically via FedEx 2-day delivery service. Please note the following.

—ALL deliveries require a direct, adult signature.
—We will only ship to the address of the credit card on file.  
—We can not ship to PO Boxes. 

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.  Please note we can only accept one form of payment; payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.  Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in states which require our business to collect and remit.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Due to the variations in size, special orders of rings and bracelets are subject to a 15% restocking fee if a return is requested. 

There is no restocking fee for necklaces and earrings, unless they are custom products, i.e. special length chains, special earring backs.

We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. 

To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. 

Returned items will be inspected before accepted. Refunds will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing or repair by an outside jeweler, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the senders expense).

Suna Bros.Inc. reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

REPAIRS & RESIZING

We are happy to repair an item at no charge to you within 6 months of receipt, as long as the item has not been abused but due to ordinary wear and tear. Repairs needed after 6 months, or that we access to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and will also incur a return shipping fee.

Pricing for resizing will vary depending on the size. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a piece by Suna Bros. Inc.
